Kondominium Intan Plaza is located in the center of Kota Bharu Town, near many amenities such as the famous Pasar Siti Khatijah. It is in a new building with new shops and of course has its own swimming pool. The building is situated on Jalan Che Su between Jalan Sultanah Zainab and Jalan Post Ofice Lama.

Each apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. Some of the apartments are rented out on a daily basis as serviced apartments, fully furnished, air-conditioned and with cooking facilities. The rental rate for an apartment is RM300.00 per night.

Travellers and visitors are advised to make advanced booking to ensure that rooms are available for you on arrival. If you are already in Malaysia at the time of booking, you may pay the booking fee deposit to confirm your booking. The non-refundable booking fee of RM30.00 for each night of stay may be deposited into MayBank account that will be provided to you on request.

Directions to the Intan Plaza Condominium

Driving into Kota Bharu, take the Jalan Sultanah Zainab northwards into town. Take left on Jalan Che Su. Take the first immediate right into a small street. On your left you will find a multistorey parking and on your right is the Intan Plaza building. You may park on the parking bays on the street side or drive into the mulistorey parking lot. The parking lot is connected to the Intan Plaza building on level 2.
